Lunch and Cafe FunFun is open Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00
Lunch is served 10:30-14:00
Businesses have access to negotiation and meeting facilities adjacent to the restaurant. Lectures, various customer events, and celebrations can be organized at the Arena and in the restaurant during the day and evenings.

Cleaning
PrimaClean Oy is responsible for the cleaning of the common areas in the Klondyke building.
If you have any questions or feedback regarding the cleaning, you can contact them directly at info@primaclean.fi - 0207 350 370.
When contacting them, please remember to specify exactly which staircase and floor you are referring to. Klondyke is a large building, and this helps to pinpoint exactly which space is in question.

Waste management
Waste is taken to the waste room located on the loading dock.
Parking
Tenants have the option to rent their own designated parking space for €20/month.
Electric vehicle charging stations are also limited and cost €50/month + electricity consumed.
Free parking spaces are available in the Klondyke courtyard for customers and visitors.
Property security arrangements
Securitas monitors Klondyke's common areas and doors. If desired, the operator must make security agreements related to their own premises independently.
